Shipping
There is no additional charge for shipping.
Your purchase will be sent quickly and carefully via USPS First Class mail. Items ship within 3-5 business days. If you would like a rush order, or the shipping destination is outside of the U.S., that can be arranged for an additional fee - please contact me for more details.
For international shipping, all taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges
I would like you to enjoy your jewelry as much as I enjoyed making it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within thirty days from the date of receipt, you may exchange it for equivalent merchandise or store credit. (The one exception to this is earrings, which cannot be returned by law.) The item(s) must be returned unused and in the same packaging in which it was received, and you must contact me beforehand so that I know to look for the package. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Warrantee and Repairs
I guarantee that all items are in good condition before mailing them out and that they will be well protected during shipment. I warrantee my products against reasonable wear and tear for three months after the date of purchase. If during that time they need to be repaired, I will repair the item at no additional charge. If the repair is requested after the warrantee period, there is a fee based on the type of repair needed. Please contact me for more details. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Forms of Payment
PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. You do not have to be registered at Pay-Pal to use it for payment or to use your credit or debit card. Just select PayPal at checkout and follow the instructions.
